'Happy Hour' Cocktail Class with Adam Seger

Theme: Passion for Passion Fruit

Chicago Tribune names Nacional 27’s mixologist, Adam Seger, Innovative Bar Chef of the 2010 Good Eating Awards. Seger demonstrates the best passion fruit drinks to come, cleverly spiked with Hum, Seger's hibiscus-ginger-cardamom-kaffir lime botanical spirit. This "desert island fruit" known as passion fruit, peak in season for South America's late summer.


Seger notes that "Adding passion fruit to an already delicious, balanced cocktail is like crumbling crispy bacon on a great savory dish." That being said, stir up drinks and watch the master techniques of the Passion Colada Hum-ito and the Midnight in Tunisia.


Classes are just $27 per person.
